4. if the number is times by a number by a number higher than 7 more. add remove the extra numbers from the original 142857 and add it to the number

1 + 142856 = 142857
exceptions are multiples of 7
5. the number 142857 can be multiplied by numbers less then 7 all the original gigits will be in the answer

21.5 - above 7/15
under water and ground = 8/15 15- 8 = 7 7/15
21.5 / 7 = 1/15 = 3.07
5 x 3.07 = 15.35( under ground)
3x 3.07 = 9.21 (under water)
9.21 + 15.35 + 21.5 = 46.06
