Blog Acceptable Use Policy

1. When students post comments, you should use first and last initial or first name only. Email addresses or personally identifiable information should never be included in the comment field.

2. Students using this blog are expected to treat it as a classroom space. Speech that is inappropriate for class is not appropriate for this blog. While I encourage you to engage in scientific debate and conversation with other students related to science at DSB, I also expect that you will conduct yourself in a manner reflective of a representative of this school.

3. Students who violate this policy will face disciplinary action by the school.

4. Student blogs are to be a forum for student expression and communication. However, they are first and foremost a tool for learning, and as such will sometimes be constrained by the various requirements and rules of classroom teachers. Students are welcome to post on any science related subject at any time, outside of their classroom requirements.
